(c) the purchase and subsequent lease back of the Middlemarch site?

What immediate action he will take to inform claimants of Child Benefit who have been urged to submit application forms for re-claim of Child Benefit that they are entitled to exercise an option to collect their benefit at a post office of their choosing; and why his Department has disregarded a resolution of Tynwald supporting this policy at last month's sitting of this Hon Court?
