1. The Hon. Member for Onchan (Mr Hall) to ask the Chief Minister  (Mr Bell) –
Whether the Government intends to make changes to the Isle of Man National Accounts/GDP Statistics, in line with new international standards and  worldwide best practice, adopted by EU Member States from the end of September 2014 to ensure that the Isle of Man National Accounts provide a reliable and consistent framework for analysing the Isle of Man economy; and if he will make a statement?


2. The Hon. Member for Douglas South (Mrs Beecroft) to ask the Chief Minister (Mr Bell) –
How many adults are registered disabled on the Island; and how many are available for work and what percentage of those available are employed?

 

3. The Hon. Member for Douglas South (Mrs Beecroft) to ask the Chief Minister (Mr Bell) –
Which income related benefits are means tested by the Department of Health and Social Care?

Why delegations made under the Government Departments Act 1987 are not published?

 

 

5. The Hon. Member for Onchan (Mr Karran) to ask the Chief Minister (Mr Bell) –
Pursuant to his admission that mistakes had been made in not getting Tynwald approval in advance for some policy decisions, if he will make statement on what mistakes had been made and why quick decision had to be made and there was no time to wait for a Tynwald debate and who was responsible for the mistakes that he has identified?

 


6. The Hon. Member for Douglas North (Mr Houghton) to ask the Minister for Economic Development (Mr Skelly) –
How much has been paid on the T.T. World Series initiative to date; when he  will publish the results of his Department’s feasibility study; and how the outcome of this investment will benefit the economy?

 

 

7. The Hon. Member for Onchan (Mr Hall) to ask the Minister for Health and Social Care (Mr Quayle) –

What plans he has to introduce a Manx cancer drug fund; whether he is of the opinion that Isle of Man patients should have access to pioneering,  life - enhancing treatments and that they receive effective, life-extending drugs which are recommended by their Doctor; and if he will make a statement?

 

 

8. The Hon. Member for Onchan (Mr Hall) to ask the Minister for Health and Social Care (Mr Quayle) –
What plans he has to introduce a charge, either nominally or through a means test, for GP appointments; and if he will make a statement?

 

 

9. The Hon. Member for Onchan (Mr Hall) to ask the Minister for Infrastructure (Mr Gawne) –
What revenue the (a) Snaefell Summit Hotel and (b) Steam Railway Dining Car contribute to the operation of the heritage railways; and if he will make a statement?

 

10. The Hon. Member for Onchan (Mr Hall) to ask the Minister for Infrastructure (Mr Gawne) –
What options he has investigated (a) to finance any refurbishment and (b) to  procure an operator of new retail or restaurant facilities at the Ticket Hall restaurant at Douglas Railway Station; and if he will make statement?

Pursuant to his answer given in Keys on 1st April 2014, 
(a) what the terms of reference and membership are of the independent  review body established by the Cabinet Office to consider whether  Government should operate as a Single Legal Entity with responsibility and accountability delegated from the Council of Ministers; and
(b) what the scope, structure and costs are of the review which has been carried out?

What the site value of Knockaloe is; and what its current planning status is?

What risk assessment to the environment was carried out prior to pumping sludge from Peel marina into the bay; who carried out the risk assessment; what contaminants were pumped into the bay; what measures have been undertaken 
to assess the impact on the marine environment and marine creatures from the sludge pumping operation; and who undertook the follow up assessment on the marine environment?
